It can be widely used in residential quarters, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, institutions, schools, troops, domestic sewage such as factories and similar industrial organic wastewater, such as textile, beer, paper, tanning, food, chemical and other industries.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
Working Theory:
   
MBBR is a combination of the advantages of activated sludge method and biofilm method. Suspended biological carriers with a large specific surface area are selected to be added to the aeration zone and inoculated with nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria and other biochemical flora. The microbial flora quickly grows and reproduces in suspended biological carriers and activated sludge. During aeration, the three phases of gas, liquid, and solid (MBR membrane) are fully contacted in the reaction zone. Pollutants in the sewage are trapped by the biofilm and activated sludge. Adsorbed, and used as a nutrient source for microorganisms, digested during its growth and reproduction, and finally converted into harmless CO2, H2O, N2, etc., phosphorus is deposited in the bottom of the equipment in the form of phosphate precipitation, it can be discharged when the mud was discharged, then sewage is degraded completely. Membrane bioreactors can retain microorganisms with long reproduction cycles due to their effective trapping effect, thereby achieving deep purification of sewage. At the same time, nitrifying bacteria can fully propagate in the system. The nitrification effect is obvious, which provides potential for deep phosphorus and nitrogen removal.
