Product Introduction:
Landfill leachate is a kind of high-concentration organic wastewater with complex composition. Its properties depend on factors such as garbage composition, particle size, compaction degree, on-site climate, hydrological conditions and landfill time. Generally speaking, it has the following characteristics: The water quality is complex, with great changes and high hazards; the concentrations of CODcr and BOD5 are high; high content of toxic and harmful metals.

Landfill leachate not only pollutes soil and surface water sources, make the surface water lack of oxygen and deteriorate the water quality; but also causes pollution to groundwater according to more than 77 kinds organic waste which include 5 kinds of carcinogens and auxiliary carcinogens inside landfill leachate, it will seriously affect drinking water sources. Therefore, the treatment of leachate has reached a very urgent point.  
Function Description:

1.Anaerobic pool: Complete the process requirements under anaerobic conditions, reduce the content of pollutants in water, and remove COD;
2.Aerobic pool: It can realize the nitrification of ammonium nitrogen, remove the degradable organic pollutants and some metal ions in the leachate, and effectively reduce the concentration of BOD5, COD, NH3-N.
3.MBR Pool: MBR membrane can effectively improve the biochemical unit sludge concentration, remove organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and other pollution indicators, thereby improving the removal rate and nitrification rate of degradable organic matter, which is a subsequent pretreatment process before nanofiltration membrane work. MBR membrane can also effectively remove SS, which can prevent clogging of nanofiltration membrane channels.
4.NF System: The NF membrane can trap organic and inorganic ions while avoiding the accumulation of heavy metals in the system, and NO3-N and NO2-N produced by nitrification in the MBR process can also be removed by the NF membrane, so that the effluent after the final treatment can reach the reuse standard.

1. The quality of the effluent water is high quality and stable
Due to the efficient separation of the membrane, the product water is clear, the suspended matter and turbidity are close to zero, and the microorganisms are completely intercepted in the bioreactor, so that the system can maintain a high concentration of microorganisms and improve the overall removal efficiency of pollutants. At the same time the reactor has a good adaptability to various changes in the influent load, impact resistance load, can stably obtain high-quality effluent water quality.
2. Low residual sludge production
The process can be operated under high volume load and low sludge load, and the remaining sludge production is low, which reduces the sludge treatment cost. The volume load of the processing device is high, which makes the process simple, the structure is compact, the floor space is saved, and it is not restricted by the setting place, which is suitable for any occasion.
3. Convenient operation and management, easy to realize automatic control
This process realizes the complete separation of the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and the sludge retention time (SRT), the operation control is more flexible and stable, and the microcomputer automatic control can be realized, which makes the operation management more convenient.
4. Deepen the transformation of traditional sewage treatment process
This process can also be used as a deep treatment unit for traditional sewage treatment processes, and has broad application prospects in the advanced treatment of effluent from secondary sewage treatment plants in cities, etc., to realize a large amount of reuse of urban sewage.
