Detailed Description:

CGFD is a kind of complete set of machine combines washing, filling and rotary capping functions in one machine, it's a full-automatic & high efficiency filling machine special for carbonated beverage.

This machine is suitable for filling beverage which contain gas inside liquid. All the parts which will contact medium directly, like filling tank, filling valve, etc. were made of high quality stainless steel, it reach the food industry standard required; the sealing parts are made of heat-proof rubber, so it can give the high temperature sterilizing to filling machine after running. Equip with PLC controller to reach full-automatic control from empty bottle feeding until to product bottle discharge; equip with frequency converter to adjust machine operating speed according to customer required. Adopting balanced pressure filling theory and spring filling valves in the machine, it can stable filling and assure beverage quality; choose advanced magnetic coupler to regulate cap screwing torque, so it can give the nice capping quality.

Function:
The machine can finish bottle in-feeding, washing, filling, cap-unscrambling, capping and finished bottle output by automatically.
